In this our last and final article on healthy ways in which you can be able to cook the cauliflower, we will be focusing on another recipe of a cauliflower meal that is bound to give you all the necessary ingredients needed so as to help you get the best out of your fitness regime.
In this final and last article we will be looking at the recipe for whole roasted cauliflower with cheddar, tomatoes and pester.
So we begin with the ingredients. For this particular cauliflower meal you will need a one cauliflower (medium head) that has its bottom leaves chopped and it is has been cleaned by the stem. Another ingredient that you will need for this recipe is two and half oz prepared pesto-paste, three oz of cabot extra shredded cheddar, five oz of tomatoes (diced) with garlic, oregano and basil.
Now for the instruction part, start off by preheating the oven to 425 degrees. Proceed by placing the cauliflower in a baking dish (ensure its medium sized). Once on the dish use something such a spoon to spread it. Once you have managed to spread it, take a can of tomatoes and spread it on top of the cauliflower. The next step will be to roast it for at least 55 to around 65 minutes, this time will vary depending on the quantity of the cauliflower. Once the time has elapsed carefully take it of the oven and top it off with the shredded cheddar, Bake it for another three more minutes or until the cheese on it starts to melt. To finish it off, top it up with black pepper and you are good to go.
